Personal means of transportation with reliable vehicle and current auto insurance/valid driver's license Flexibility to work in clinic and in-home setting Day time and evening hours available.
Excellent oral and written communication skills Physical ability to play with client in a gym setting, work with client at table, or on floor or similar setting based on client needs Strong work ethic with the ability to meet scheduling commitments Positive and professional team player Must pass a background check
Responsibilities:
Conduct 1:
1 ABA therapy with clients Implement programs written by the overseeing Board Certified Behavior Analysis (BCBA) Collaborate with staff members, BCBA, Clinical Director, and other professionals on daily basis Receive ongoing supervision/training from BCBA Opportunity to receive training to obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification Implement written behavior intervention plans (BIP) Responsive to feedback Attend and participate in meetings/trainings Maintain confidentiality according to HIPAA guidelines Schedule Part-time (flexible) Education High school diploma or equivalent Licensure/Certificate Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) (Preferred but not required) Job Type:
