In this multifaceted role, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and maintaining relationships with auto dealerships.
Your primary responsibility will be to collect crucial business information for insurance quotes, but you will also be involved in servicing our current auto dealership insurance clients by managing tasks such as updating driver lists, handling billing inquiries, and ensuring overall client satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
Conduct outreach to auto dealerships through inbound and outbound marketing channels.
Foster and sustain positive relationships with dealership contacts for seamless information gathering.
Collect comprehensive business information from auto dealers, encompassing vehicle inventory, coverage needs, and existing insurance details.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of collected data to facilitate accurate insurance quotes.
Assist in servicing current auto dealership insurance clients by updating driver lists, addressing billing inquiries, and ensuring client needs are met.
Collaborate effectively with the sales and underwriting teams to enhance communication and overall customer experience.
Employ excellent communication skills to explain insurance products and services to potential clients.
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service throughout all interactions.
Stay informed about industry trends, products, and competitor offerings.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Basic knowledge of insurance concepts is preferred.
Previous experience in insurance or auto dealership work is highly desirable.
Proficiency in basic computer applications and data entry.
