We are seeking a reliable, self starter to join our team.
Once you know the ropes this job will keep you on the go all day.
The ability to multitask and switch tasks is a requirement! This position offers room for growth, we will train the right person.
Duties:
- Greet and welcome customers - Answer phone calls, take messages, - Provide information to callers and visitors about our services and offerings - Schedule appointments - Fast paced auto repair shop, ability to multi task a must.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area - We will train to use our system, open repair orders, create estimates and order parts - Be willing to occasionally drive to help with vehicle delivery - Not afraid to jump in and get things done - this is a shop environment, jeans and gym shoes
Experience:
- Previous experience in auto repair shop or similar is preferred - Computer literacy is required - Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information Skills:
