The responsibilities of the Trainer I is to train new employees and existing employees in job related skills and knowledge. Classroom training, Teleconference Training, WebEx Training is executed by the Trainer. Answering Banker Resource Calls and Solving Banker problems is a function of this role. Researching, Writing, editing, reviewing and publishing line of business procedures is part of this role. Clearly communicating procedures and transferring knowledge to others in several functions is part of this role. Learning and functioning on Bank's Application systems are crucial to the training that will be developed and executed and to the Resource Center function.
Strong Communication Skills
Sharp Problem Solving Skills
Clear writing Skills
Delivery of Classroom training is a plus
Transferring knowledge using various Computer Applications is a plus
Writing Training programs is a plus
Financial Industry experience is highly recommended
Call Center experience is helpful

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
